• Support PM (Product Manager) to build quarterly and yearly product plan and strategy,
planning budget.
• Manage Product Portfolio and ensure new product lines.
• Source new product based on aligned plan & strategy (Local – tiNiWorld).
• Manage product price and promotion campaign during product life cycle
• Ensure that Sales/Trade and merchandise teams fully briefed on new products and fully
aligned on all items/SKUs/design carried on for each specific distribution channels.
• Monitor stock levels of all products and identify purchasing needs
• Update internal databases with order details
• Research to identify pricing trends & evaluate potential vendors for selection
• Negotiate with suppliers, to obtain the best possible purchasing terms and conditions
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Conduct research to identify pricing trends
• Prepare cost analyses
• Manage all goods, works or services procurement are cost-effective and within the
approved budget, using cost reports and analysis maintain updated records of invoices

• Hỗ trợ Head of Procurement xây dựng kế hoạch và chiến lược sản phẩm hàng quý, hàng năm, lập kế hoạch ngân sách.
• Quản lý danh mục sản phẩm và đảm bảo các dòng sản phẩm mới.
• Tìm nguồn sản phẩm mới dựa trên kế hoạch và chiến lược phù hợp cho chuỗi Khu vui chơi giáo trí tiNiWorld - gần 60 trung tâm (Local – tiNiWorld).
• Quản lý giá sản phẩm và chiến dịch khuyến mại trong suốt vòng đời sản phẩm
• Đảm bảo rằng nhóm Bán hàng/Thương mại và hàng hóa được thông báo đầy đủ về các sản phẩm mới và căn chỉnh trên tất cả các mặt hàng/SKU/thiết kế được thực hiện cho từng kênh phân phối cụ thể.
• Theo dõi mức tồn kho của tất cả các sản phẩm và xác định nhu cầu mua hàng
• Cập nhật cơ sở dữ liệu nội bộ với chi tiết đơn hàng

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field
• 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position in the kid’s industry is preferred (retail, e-commerce);
• Must be highly proficient and experienced with (i) legal Purchase Contracts management, (ii)
internal Procurement processes (PR, IR, PO, PI, GRPO, etc), (iii) IT systems (SAP or equivalent
ERP), (iv) identifying and developing domestic & international sourcing channels.
• Expected to have exceptional (i) effective negotiation, planning & forecasting skills; (ii) strong
communications and interpersonal skills to maintain good internal and external relationships; (iii)
customer-oriented and growth mindset; and (iv) entrepreneurial mentality and “never give up”
approach to their work.
