Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Media Planning:

Develop media strategy to meet business objectives of all brands
Develop annual and monthly media plan and budget allocation for the marketing communications campaigns

2. Digital Marketing Management and Performance Optimization:

Implement Digital Marketing activities across platforms: Google, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube…
Manage and optimize key performance metrics (Engagement, Website traffic, Conversion rates, Click-through rates, and Return on ad spend (ROI)…)
Measure and monitor performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC…)
Implement CDP’s essential features (Segmentation, Email, SMS, Zalo, Web Personalization, QR code…) to run automated marketing campaigns
Manage Media agency on execution, monitoring, optimizing and reporting
Create and optimize email marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, IT, Ecom, Creative…)
Produce or corporate with designers/ freelancers/ other teams to produce required materials/ formats for different media channels

3. Website/ App management:

To operate the website system in terms of campaign-related landing pages
To support new app feature development

4. Report & Analytics:

Generate campaign report to have key learning for upcoming project
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Be in-charged for industry trends, market updates as well as new ideas and initiatives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University degree in Economic, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing is a must

Experience 4 -5 years in Media planning, Performance Media…
Prior engaging with digital in Beauty, F&B, Family & Kid, Retail…

In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing & Media channels
Skillset to analyze, supervise, optimize Media planning & execution

Working experience in Media agency is a plus
Good communication skills in Vietnamese & English
Ability to multitask & prudent
