• Accounting Operations
- Implement and maintain effective accounting practices and procedures as required by corporate policy; generally accepted accounting principles – VAS, local legal requirements and regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting records.
- Responsible for reviewing payments accurately and timely.
- Ensure sales collections is controlled.
- Monitor account payables and account receivables. Follow-up and push sales department in debt collection, minimize bad debts.
- Develop and implement mechanisms, rules and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial and accounting information, promote accountability, and prevent fraud.
- Ensure an accounting system built and well managed meeting the reporting needs and providing enough information as required.
- Apply new technologies and techniques in operations to improve the efficiency of the department's work, ensure the implementation of centralized management, and connect data with relevant departments to implement the Company's digitalization strategy.
- Responsible for report package as required accurately and timely.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual budgets, monitoring of financial performance.
- Provide support on accounting matters to Departments.
- Maintain good relationships with department heads, vendors, customers, auditors, tax authorities.
- Other relevant works required by FAD.
• Tax & Audit
- Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and submission of local statutory/tax.
- Responsible for tax finalization and tax audit.
- Research, update and assess tax impacts on the company for new regulations in tax legal documents.
- Responsible for annual external audit.
• Team Management
- Building a team of employees with good knowledge and expertise.
- Supervise and allocate within accounting team to ensure that all tasks are completed within prescribed timescales.
- Conduct all necessary training to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date.
• Active participate in N KID Group Culture programs, with the expectation of leading at least one major initiative in the year. Will be asked to conduct some relevant functional training classes for the team and possibly cross-functional teams as well.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting field, Chief Accountant Certificate is a must.
• At least 08 years of experience in Accounting, Finance field and at least 3 years at the same position in Retails/Distribution/FnB.
• Must be highly proficient and experienced with (i) all aspects of operational Accounting management (ii) internal and external management reporting, (iii) ERP System (SAP 4 Hana/Microsoft Dynamic 365), (iv) tax management and negotiation.
• High level of responsibility and commitment. • Innovative, positive thinking, “can do” and “never give up” approach.
• Able to work under high-pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
