Job Description

  • Lên kế hoạch sử dụng và đặt hàng hợp lý theo nhu cầu kinh doanh
  • Phối hợp các bộ phận chức năng để hoàn thành tài liệu có liên quan tới bếp như bảng công thức món ăn , tài liệu đào tạo bếp
  • Đảm bảo việc lưu trữ thực phẩm và quy trình vận hành bếp tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt theo tiêu chuẩn về sinh an toàn thưc phẩm
  • Quản lý và chịu toàn bộ tài sản thiết bị bếp , máy móc có liên quan
  • Triển khai các công việc khác có liên quan theo yêu cầu của  cấp trên đề suất

Job Requirement

- Có từ 2 năm làm ở vị trí tương đương trở lên

- Có kiến thức về ẩm thực

- Nắm vững nghiệp vụ Bếp, Kỹ năng chế biến đồ tốt

- Có kiến thức ngành dịch vụ nhà hàng, an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm, phòng cháy chữa cháy

- Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, giám sát, quản lý tốt, đào tạo khích lệ nhân viên

- Kỹ năng báo cáo, thống kê
