Job Description

1. Online Sales Planning:

• Assortment Planning and Merchandising

• To develop & monitor key performance indicators

• Understanding market need to provide suitable products to increase Sales

• To coordinate with Product, Merchandise departments for product order, providing product information

• To develop on-line merchandising and promotion strategy to achieve sales targets

• To provide business analysis and insights on sales, pricing and on-going opportunities for

incremental volume and margin

• To enlarge online registration & maintain loyal customer

2. Order management

• To train up online sales team about product flow, order monitoring, customer service, etc

• To ensure products being available and more variety to meet online Shopper needs

• To following up order until delivered to customers and to settle returned / canceled orders.

3. Channel Coverage

• tiNiStore, Carters website / mobile

• E-commerce marketplace including Tiki, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop etc.

4. Business Reporting & Analytics

• Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights

• Work closely with Marketing team to track key KPI performance metrics

Job Requirement

Graduate from University/ College
At least 2 years’ experience at same position in the operation of e-commerce companies is a plus
Understanding ecommerce and online sale markets.
Team works and people management skills.
